Rhode Island Kayak Fishing Adventures offers freshwater and saltwater kayak fishing trips as well as shore fishing trips. The species that we target will depend on the time of year. The majority of our trips will start at first light, however certain conditions may force a fishing trip to start at a later time in the day. With Mother Nature being very unpredictable, we'll do our best to give you the safest experience on the water. We are happy to be a Rhode Island based company however we will cross state lines if pre-fishing/fishing intel is better in another area.

INSHORE SALTWATER FISHING TRIPS
Our inshore saltwater trips will allow anglers to target Striped Bass, Bluefish, Summer Flounder (fluke), Tautog (Blackfish), Black Seabass, Porgie (Scup), False Albacore, Bonito, Cod, Weakfish.... Some popular bycatches may include Sea Robin, Bergall, Triggerfish, Spiny dogfish, Skate, etc. In the ocean you never know what you'll reel to the surface! Drysuit Rentals are free during mandatory drysuit condtions (usually November-May)
Provided by the Kayak Centre, you may rent a drysuit for your adventure. When it comes to wearing a drysuit we like to use the “120 rule” ... if the water temperature + the air temperature equals less than 120 degrees then we highly recommend a drysuit.
**50% Deposit due at the time of booking. Total cost of guided fishing trip is due 48 hours prior to start date.
**A lot of prep work happens before a guided fishing trip (rod and reel prep, getting the appropriate tackle organized, pre fishing, acquiring live bait, etc) so all reschedules/cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to trip.
**We are always keeping an eye on the weather so if a trip needs to be rescheduled we reach out as soon as we can.
**Trips can be rescheduled at no additional cost however a $100 service fee will be applied to all cancellations that aren't weather related.
**Launch location will be communicated by 8 pm the night before the trip.
**If you have any limitations that would prevent you from doing what can be a very active activity please let us know before the trip. We won't cut your time short however if you decide for any reason to get off the water early its totally up to you!
**Rod and Reel rental is included in the trip however if that combo is lost or broken no other rod and reel combos will be provided unless paid for on the water.
